Frances Myers

Frances Myers is known for her prints and installations. She has received two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and has chaired and served on panels concerning prints at the College Art Association’s annual conferences, as well as those of the Southern Graphics Council. She exhibits regularly at Perimeter Gallery in Chicago and has had exhibitions in New York, Washington, DC, Portland, Oregon, Los Angeles, London, and Cologne, Germany. Her work has been collected by most public print collections in this country, including the Chicago Art Institute, the National Museum of American Art, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. Myers studied at the San Francisco Art Institute, and received her MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She teaches Etching, Monotype, and advanced research in Graphics and Painting.
